A concertpiece composed in 2010 as a tribute to conductor Lex Veelo, who after 47 years of conducting the Hofstads Youth Orchestra passes on the baton to the new conductor Marcel Geraeds. August 17th 2010 Recently composed the music for a shortfilm called "Forever Untold" by Eye Vision Productions. June 20th 2010 Today my latest concertpiece "For Lex! - Tribute to Lex Veelo" premiered at the Anton Philipszaal in The Hague. Performed beautifully by the Association Hofstads Youth Orchestra and conducted by their new conductor Marcel Geraeds. The piece was commissioned by the orchestra to celebrate and honor conductor Lex Veelo, who has conducted the orchestra for 47 years, and has now passed the baton to Marcel.
